Five individuals have been killed after a sight-seeing balloon hit an electrical cable in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from the beginning Saturday morning.
The crate the travelers were riding in disconnected from the inflatable and smashed, as indicated by the city’s police office.
Observers on Twitter depicted seeing the inflatable tumble to the ground in a totally flattened state.

The reason for the mishap is being examined by the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board.
