BEIJING (AP) — Indonesia’s administration says it is happy with the adequacy of the Chinese Covid immunization it has been utilizing, after China’s top infectious prevention official recognized that current antibodies offer low insurance against the infection.

Siti Nadia Tarmizi, a representative for Indonesia’s COVID-19 immunization program, said Monday that the World Health Organization had tracked down the Chinese antibodies had met prerequisites by being over half viable. She noticed that clinical preliminaries in Indonesia for the immunization from Chinese drugmaker Sinovac showed it was 65% powerful.

“It implies … the capacity to frame antibodies in our bodies is still awesome,” she said.
