ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has imparted data to the applicable offices for an “proper activity” on the burglary of Schengen visa stickers from the Italian international safe haven in Islamabad, the Foreign Office Spokesperson affirmed on Tuesday.
In light of inquiries by writers, Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri said the burglary of visa stickers was accounted for to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the unfamiliar political mission, after which the data was promptly imparted to the concerned divisions.
“The data was quickly imparted to the concerned specialists to make a suitable move in such manner,” he said.
As per reports, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has educated the Interior Ministry and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) about a report of around 1,000 visa stickers taken from the storage space of the Italian consulate this month.
The concerned divisions have been mentioned to monitor the visa stickers at all section and leave focuses and report any seizure to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to accessible data, 750 taken visa stickers have chronic numbers from ITA041913251 to ITA041914000 and the 250 visa stickers have the numbers from ITA041915751 to ITA041916000.
